Hello! I am Misael – the founder of Gravity Property Services. I have always had a passion for helping others, and offering home maintenance services has become a meaningful way for me to put that into action.
Gravity first began with me providing support within social housing communities. I saw firsthand how reliable maintenance services can make a real difference in people’s lives. Over time, that experience led me to work as a maintenance manager in retirement living, where I truly discovered my love for working with seniors.
Helping seniors maintain their homes, stay independent, and feel comfortable in their own space is something I take to heart. It’s not just about fixing things – it’s about showing up with care, patience and dedication.

Kyra Jamieson
Hello! I am Kyra. My journey in retirement living spanned over six years, starting as a Resident Guest Attendant where I provided direct care and assisted seniors with activities of daily living. Over time, I progressed into management as an office administrator, gaining experience in the behind-the-scenes operations that help support quality care.
Through both roles, I developed a deep appreciation for the needs of seniors and a genuine passion for helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. That experience is what inspired me to give back to our community through this business – offering dependable home maintenance services designed with seniors in mind.
With nearly 15 years of combined experience, we bring together a powerful foundation for our business. Drawing on both of our backgrounds, we offer a diverse skill set. Our experience gives us a deeper understanding of the unique needs and challenges seniors face at home. It’s what makes us more than just a service provider.
