How Gravity began

WHERE WE STARTED
Gravity Property Services was established in 2017 as a general maintenance company. Our early work included repairs, property upkeep and ongoing maintenance in residential homes and housing environments connected to mental health and community support programs. This gave Gravity experience working in spaces that were not simply properties – they were the places people depended on as their homes.
EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPED US
The experience behind Gravity includes working directly with older adults in retirement living and long-term care, from both maintenance and care perspectives. Through that work, supporting older adults became a shared passion and a guiding force in shaping Gravity.
We also recognized that many older adults who choose to remain in their own homes need practical help managing repairs, recurring upkeep and everyday household tasks. That understanding helped define Gravity’s direction: creating home maintenance services that make those responsibilities easier to manage, while continuing to support families and homeowners with similar needs.
GRAVITY TODAY
Today, Gravity is a locally operated property maintenance company supporting homeowners throughout our community, with a particular focus on older adults who choose to remain in their own homes.
What began as a general maintenance business has grown into a company with a more defined purpose: to be an ongoing home maintenance support system as people’s homes, priorities and circumstances change. As Gravity continues to grow, we remain focused on building a company that homeowners can turn to throughout the different stages of caring for and maintaining their homes.

Homes continually need attention. From everyday wear and tear to seasonal tasks, there is always something that needs to be done.
Older adults are at the heart of our focus. Many want to remain in the homes they know, with practical and dependable help available when they need it. For family members who cannot always be there to assist, peace of mind comes from knowing their loved one has a familiar company they can call for support around the home.
Busy schedules, frequent travel, seasonal living and changing circumstances can create the same need for reliable support for many homeowners throughout the community.
